According to Spherion, just about everybody is ready to jump ship. If you’re in the job market – this is ridiculously good news, because all that turnover will open up spots. If you’re with a recruiting agency – gird your loins. You’re about to be called to battle.
If you’re in corporate recruiting? Hire some more staff. Pronto. El flood gates are about to get knocked wide open. Best get ready.
